I'm Lee Conway, and as a coach, my role is to help people succeed. Coaching is not about dispensing advice or fixing you. Instead, a coach helps you find your motivation, clarify your objectives, and stay on track to meet them. A good coach will help a client do what they wouldn't naturally want to do so that they can achieve what they always wanted to do. The Calling Discovery Workshop

Few things are more important in your life than knowing who you are, how you're uniquely designed and what it is that you're called to do. In this 8 session workshop you'll discover and be able to clearly articulate God's call on your life. Built around "A Leaders Life Purpose Workbook" by well known author and master coach trainer Tony Stoltzfus, and presented by a certified Christian Life Coach, we'll cover what calling is, common misconceptions about call, creating a Revelation Journal, identifying your life messages and more. The experience culminates in creating a personal life purpose statement.

LEVEL II
Overview
Peer Coach training is about helping people grow. In this eight week experience, participants choos a peer partner, build a transparent relationship and begin meeting regularly on their own (starting in week four) to persue important growth goals they set and find mutual support. Along the way they learn fundemental coaching skills like goal-setting, developing action steps and helping others grow without telling them what to do. Stop for a minute and imagine: how would your churches spiritual atmosphere be different if every person set a personal growth goal, and took just one action step toward it each week? What effect would it have on your small group system if every participant met weekly with a peer coach from their group? And what if everyone in your church, from the grassroots on up, had been trained in basic relational and growth skills of the coaching approach?
Take your coach training to the next level with the Level II Coach Training Intensive. This new open source Presenter's Package from Coach22 provides two full days of interactive coach training workshop sessions, and is designed to follow an introductory coaching course like Getting Started in Leadership Coaching or Peer Coach Training. The emphasis of the workshop is providing extensive practice with feedback to build confidence and competence in core coaching skills.
Train others in life purpose discovery skills with the new Level III Life Coach Training Tele-Course Presenter's Package. This new open source coach training class from Coach22 provides eight weeks of advanced, interactive training designed to follow a Level II course like The Level II Coach Training Intensive.
